Dr Mandel Likens His Case To The Case Of The Late Dr Andrei Sakharov It has been over 20 long years since US CIA agents, FBI agents and cops began badgering and beating Dr Harold Mandel, tracking his every move around the USA and overseas, drugging him, kidnapping him for overnight stays to filthy mental hospital concentration camps and filthy jails with no due processs and no formal charges, having him interrogated by even overseas Chinese Communist intelligence agents, blacklisting him, degrading him, and more. And so finally with these abuses continuing and even becoming worse in some respects at 55 years old and with two charming kids to raise who were born with his Vietnamese wife in Vietnam Dr Harold Mandel has likened his own case to the case of the late Dr Andrei Sakkarov from the Soviet Union era. Recently in an an autobiographical note Dr Harold Mandel has commented: "The literal chronic torture and associated abuses by the US government working in association with the American psychiatrists and psychologists which I have to endure on a daily basis is making my case out to be as shocking as was the case of the late Dr Andrei Sakharov from the Soviet Union era. The US government and American mainstream doctors of course say this is ridiculous because I am from the United States where I reside with my family now and that the United States does not persecute human rights activists with human rights abuses. Well, I certainly am from the United States and so clearly the US government and its mainstream doctors are simply filthy liars because what has happened to me here and overseas and what is continuing to happen to me personally and to my family now in the way of painful human rights abuses has been happening in and because of the United States." For generations there has been a club of elitist, powerful and very wealthy medical families in the United States who know that their sons and daughters will have little trouble being accepted to the American medical schools as long as the $100,000 and higher alumni gifts keep flooding into the medical schools. And so for generations poor students with honors who have actuallly been more qualified for acceptance to the American medical schools than many of the students who have been accepted have been put down by this corrupt system. Once in the American medical schools the insiders lie, cheat and steal to make certain they get good grades on their exams while maliciously and sadistically cutting the few token outsiders in their classes who are not from wealthy and well connected medical families out of this scheme. And if these outsiders make an issue out of unfair treatment in medical school they are confronted with actual threats against their lives and intentional misdiagnoses of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder by their own colleagues who want them shut up and who want their credibility with the public crushed. If any of these outsiders survive this tyranny in medical school they are faced with even more life-threatening abuses in their specialty training residency programs where even if they are doing a spendid job their own colleagues lie about the quality of work they are doing which is nevertheless often appreciated by the patients, offer them no needed support to complete specialty training and even request that the police have them locked up and thrown into their mental hospital concentration camps where crooked county judges work with them to fix swift civil cases alleging mental illness and incompetence against them. The US federal government and the states support these abusive and often hypocritically deranged alcohol and drug abusers in the medical profession because further investigations of this matter reveal that the US government really does work with orthodox medical doctors to enslave and murder sane social activists and poor people around the clock.
Air Pollution Can Hurt The Intelligence Of Children It has been reported that exposure to air pollution in the womb can significantly reduce a child's IQ, according to a study conducted by researchers from the Mailman School of Public Health in New York and published in the journal Pediatrics. These researchers conducted this experiment on pregnant, non-smoking black and Dominican American women between the ages of 18 and 35 who were living in the New York City neighborhoods of Harlem, South Bronx or Washington Heights. The participantsin this study wore personal air monitors during pregnancy, providing the researchers with accurate data on the women's exposure to a class of air pollutants known as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Then the participant's children were subjected to standardized IQ tests at the age of five. "These results provide evidence that environmental PAHs at levels encountered in New York City air can affect children's IQ adversely," the researchers have concluded. PAHs are produced daily by the burning of fossil fuels and other organic materials, including tobacco. The major source of PAH pollution in urban areas is automobile exhaust fumes. The researchers found that after adjusting for other factors that might affect IQ, children of mothers who had high PAH exposure during pregnancy had IQ scores an average of 4.31 points lower than children of mothers with lower exposure to this pollution. The difference in verbal IQ scores was even more significant, with children of high-exposure mothers scoring an average of 4.61 points lower. This IQ difference is similar to that seen in children with low-level lead exposure. "These findings are of concern because these decreases in IQ could be educationally meaningful in terms of school performance," the lead author Frederica Perera has said. High PAH exposure in this study has been defined as higher than the participants' median exposure level, 2.26 nanograms per cubic meter. Previous research in this area has already suggested that PAH exposure can cause cancer and damage the neurological and reproductive systems.

Psychiatric and Psychological Torture Endorsed by Terrorist Styled Obama Justice Department The US government has been involved in the random torture of sane social activists and poor people across the country. The scheme being used is dangerous and aside from having the potential to actually drive people insane could also clearly cause brain cancer. The technology behind this new era of torture by the US government is easily understandable in an era wherein mobile phones and satellite TV services are commonplace. And an understanding that the human brain is actually a sophisticated computer which operates via an electromagnetic circuit leads to an understanding that it is perfectly logical to assume that the circuits of the human brain can be interfered with both by accident and intentionally with the space age technology which is presently available. What has been happening is that the human brain is being used as a reception and even transmission center by chronic and brutal sadists working for the US Department of Justice who randomly experiment on citizens by targeting their brains with this technology. Thought and behavior control are influenced more immediately with this technology than with other techniques at controlling the thoughts and behaviors of human beings such as hypnosis and druggings. Aside from the fact that such interference is logically potentially dangerous for the sensitive tissue which makes up the human brain this technology is also being used by diabolically insane US federal agents to create unusual behavior and thoughts in men, women, and children which can be intentionally mis-interpreted as signs and symptoms of mental illness. This all becomes even more pathetic when well educated humanist scientists and physicians are hit with allegations by the US government that they are crazy when they attempt to explain this phenomenon as the government moves in for malicious take-downs of whistle blowers and attempts to have them drugged up with psychiatric poisons and put away in mental institutions. The American psychiatrists and psychologists who were initially trained as medical scientists certainly have the intellectual capacity to understand that this is all very possible. However, they also know that in order to save their highly lucrative positions they had better go along with government directives to label the targets of this tyranny as psychotic schizophrenics or psychotic manic-depressives. And so now more and more physicians oriented towards humanism in the practice of medicine are staying away from considerations of training in psychiatry and clinical psychology as new generations of chronically abusive young recruits who complement this insanity from the start take over these disciplines. These type of abuses are used daily by the Obama Justice Department which randomly targets the brains of poor sane social activists and their kids across the United States just as occurred under past Democratic Party and Republican Party administrations. And harsh and life threatening blacklists of the vital interests of the targets of this tyranny are associated with these abuses and are aimed at financially, physically, and emotionally breaking down the victims of this torture in America. And so clearly Obamas hypocritically deranged Justice Department will not be able to prosecute the Bush administrations Justice Department for torture or they too will be prosecuted. In response to criticisms that it is unfair to imply only the US government is involved in such dangerous and painful interventions into the human mind, that is well taken since every well established and wealthy government on the planet may be doing the same things in attempts to manipulate the human mind and human behavior. However, clearly with all of its wealth and power the United States has now created the leading terrorist styled Justice Department in world history under the filthy lieing administration of President Obama which is torturing its generally innocent victims just as Obama has correctly alleged the Bush administration also did with his lies that under his administration torture would no longer be tolerated. USA Heating Up Internal Torture Campaigns
The US Department of Justice and American psychiatrists and psychologists have been sadistically torturing perfectly sane and competent people, who are generally poor sane social activists, with intentional misdiagnoses of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, poisonings with psychiatric drugs, beatings, fixed civil court orders for psychiatric treatment, and harsh blacklists based on nothing more than frivolous allegations of pettty wrongdoing from as long as 25 or more years ago. The responsible parties for this wrongdoing have proven again and again for years and years that it is they who are consistently deranged psychopaths, not their victims. And so this all paints a very, very sad picture of a USA which has been under the tight control of dangerous criminals and lunatics for a long, long time! And these criminally insane psychopaths in control of the USA get paid very well for their tyranny with great retirement plans and harsh demands for public respect while their victims who are generally very intelligent, sane, competent and warm people live in fear and generally die premature and very painful deaths after tragically wasted lives.

| | Forensic Psychiatrists And Forensic Psychologists Are Incompetent Earlier in my career as a physician I had been considering a career as a forensic psychiatrist. The type of cases I had in mind I felt would have dealt with disturbed people who were planning to commit or had committed horrible crimes such as arson, rapes, sexual abuse of children, cop killers, terrorist attacks on innocent civilians among others, biological and chemical warfare attacks on peaceful communities, and assassinations, and even plans to hit society with what is called dirty bombs or bombs which have nuclear material in them. Than when my own colleagues turned the same type of brutal mental health care human rights abuses against me as I have spent a lifetime fighting to wipe out in dealing with perfectly sane, competent, and law abiding victims of the seriously flawed mental health care system I went into shock when I realized what this eras forensic psychiatrists and forensic psychologists refer to as important information and cases. They are dealing with nonsensical matters such as a verbal dispute with an old spouse from 25 years ago, harmless arguments with mom and dad about lifestyle choices from back when a middle aged person was going through adolescent and other developmental changes earlier in life, a bad performance in the bedroom for a moment decades ago, and more junk to come to conclusions that their victims are potential problems in society and need damaging and painful psychiatric labels such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and the painful arsenal of psychiatric drugs which are actually poisons along with swift civil court orders for psychiatric intervention to hold these people down. All of this generally catastrophically ruins and shortens peoples lives even if they become psychiatric survivors and walk away from the mental health care system due to associated economic devastation from the associated career damages. Now another big point of error and abuse by this eras so called forensic psychiatric specialists deals with so called threats against the lives of everyday people and VIPs such as presidents, governors, mayors, senators and congressman. The cases against victims of the American psychiatric scheme which deal with such alleged threats are generally in violation of First Amendment Rights of Freedom of Speech and Press which is supposed to protect people from malicious prosecutions based simply on empty words. I interpret the First Amendment of the US Constitution as being held to protect people not only from creative and misunderstood manners of expressing oneself but also as being supposed to protect people from prison terms for simply making mistakes in dealing with acts of verbal and written expression for various reasons at various times. In such cases I feel simple apologies are appropriate to clear matters up when necessary. The First Amendment of the US Constitution is supposed to protect freedom of religion, speech and press rights for Americans. Yet, the forensic psychiatrists and forensic psychologists have no respect for this or any other legal rights of people and consistently ruin people with psychiatric stigmatization and painful interventions based on violations of these rights. As far back as when I was a medical student I was taught to remember when taking a mental status exam to ask someone if they have any intent to kill someone if they have been accused of making threats. Intent is an important point which the practicing forensic specialists seem to constantly disregard. Who someone might ask would sit in front of a physician or nurse and say "Yes I will kill President Obama if I can". Well, it is my position that is exactly what a severely disturbed homicidal killer and assassin would say. So we than get to the point of a clever and brilliant assassin and murderer who with premeditated intent will attempt and plan to assassinate President Obama if given a chance. This hard core criminal would clearly say "No, I have no intentions to try to kill the president or anyone else" because this person is a dangerous criminal who has made the choice to become an assassin in life and this person belongs in a separate category of people when evidence becomes apparent he is planning such an assassination attempt such as buying weapons, tracking the president and his families every move, associating with terrorists, etc. This person should clearly be tried in court as a fully competent assassin not as a mentally ill person. Now let us consider some harmless small guy on the streets such as myself who has been accused by some of his own colleagues as making threats against the lives of VIPs. The psychiatric texts claim threats against the lives of VIPs are a sign of bipolar disorder and that threats against everyday people are a sign of schizophrenia. Well, in my case and in far too many other cases of the victims of the flawed psychiatric system we are not dealing with any threats or criminal intent. Nobody ever bothered asking me if I ever had any intent to hurt President Obama, President George W Bush, or any other VIPs, whose policies in the area of mental health care and other areas as an aside I admit I have often not been pleased with. The answer is absolutely no nevertheless, I have no intentions or plans to ever attempt to hurt these people or anyone else. In fact I am a Buddhist, peace activist and a physician trained to save lives whenever possible, not take them. And I feel that my training as a physician complements the value I place on all human life as a Buddhist and peace activist. So such allegations against me and others which have caused much pain and suffering are based on gross violations of freedom of speech and press rights. The forensic psychiatrists and forensic psychologists have also been labelling the victims of literal torture, often due to the psychiatrists and psychologists themselves, as manifesting symptoms of serious mental illness when these victims cry out in pain and say all kinds of horrible things because of this torture. As for a consideration of possible charges of using "threatening words" well this all becomes a nasty play on words in my opinion when dealing with First Amendment issues and torture. And as I was taught when I was just in grade school remember and never forget "Sticks and stones can break your bones and words alone can never hurt you!". And so I no longer want to be a forensic psychiatrist or a psychiatrist of any type for that matter because I do not wish to train with or work with sadistic and incompetent human rights abusers who carelessly destroy the lives of decent people for a living.-Harold Mandel, MD
